Official sources said on Thursday that there will be no more posters outside the houses of COVID patients under home isolation in new Delhi.

There are reports that suggest that in Delhi currently there are about 12890 covid patients under home isolation. Often there is a stigma after a poster is affixed at the front doors of such patients. However, this movie will help to minimize that stigma.
No more posters outside the houses of covid 19 patients under home isolation:
A source said, “There will be no poster outside the houses of COVID-19 patients who are under home isolation.”
Till now there was a Delhi government policy stating that those who have milder symptoms or may be asymptomatic have to stay under home isolation. And a poster was affixed at the entrance of their homes. However, now there will be no more posters affixed at the entrance of covid 19 patients in Delhi.
The move to not affix posters outside the houses of covid patients aims to minimise the social stigma in Delhi:
Delhi’s COVID 19 tallies crossed 3 lakh mark on Thursday. Out of three lakh, 2726 cases are fresh cases. Furthermore, the death toll due to covid 19 mounted to 5653. And out of 5653, 37 fatalities were recorded in the last twenty-four hours. Looking at the reports on Wednesday now:
On Wednesday, there were a total of 2.98 lakh cases out of which 2871 were the fresh cases. Also, the death toll was 5616 out of which 35 were fresh casualties.
