“Not surprised, Nehru went too”: Sharad Pawar on PM ‘s Ladakh visit

Nationalist Congress Party head Sharad Pawar state on Tuesday that he wasn’t amazed that Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Ladakh, and reminded that Nehru had additionally visited the locale after the 1962 war thus did then- Defence Minister Yashwantrao Chavan.

Addressing correspondents in Pune, Mr Pawar reviewed that when he was the Defense Minister in 1993, he had gone to China and a settlement was marked, under which troopers from both the edges were to be pulled back.
