India: UN member states noticed 75 years of the United Nations amid the global Covid-19 pandemic. On Monday, Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi in his address brought up the issue of Jammu and Kashmir to the meeting of the 75th anniversary of the world organization.
India In a blistering attack on Pakistan, said that if Pakistan has an “unfinished agenda” at the UN, it is surely that of a globally-recognized epicenter of terrorism and enhancing and encouraging terrorist on it’s own land, harboring and training terrorists and hailing them as martyrs.
Pakistan hails terrorists as martyrs: India
India exercised her right to reply on Monday, First Secretary of India in to the UN Vidisha Maitra said: “Pakistan is a country which is globally recognized as the epicenter of terrorism, which by its own admission harbors and trains terrorists, and hails them as martyrs and consistently persecutes its ethnic and religious minorities”.
Imran Khan addressed late terrorist Osama Bin Laden as ‘martyr’
She referred to the comments of Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan in his country’s Parliament session about late terrorist Osama Bin Laden and referred him as ‘martyr’. She added that India rejects all the misleading comments made by Pakistan in the reference to Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir which is part of India. She referred to Pakistan as ‘epicenter’ of terrorism which supply terrorist all over the world.
Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi said that Palestine and Jammu and Kashmir are the UN’s “most glaring and long-standing disputes”. He added that the people of Jammu and Kashmir are still waiting for the fulfilment of the commitment made to them by the UN to provide them serenity and their “right to self-determination”.
Vidisha Maitra said that Pakistan have been spreading falsehood about the conditions in Jammu and Kashmir and hide behind this subject to cover up their malicious efforts to enhance terrorism.
