What Does Nash Have To Say About It?
Nash told Marc J. Spears of ESPN that he loves to teach, to learn, and loves being a fragment of a team. He also loves the idea of building a team. And he loves to compete.
He says has all the features required to grow as a person, lead a team and a group of people. Learning new things from the players and the game. Playing a role in an organization and a culture and competing. These are the exciting elements for him. And he is thrilled to take this opportunity.
Steve Kerr (head coach of the Golden State Warriors) said that
Nash is well aware of the drill. He has been in the league for a long time and he is aware of the game as well. And he thinks Nash is very intelligent, so he will employ good staff. And Nash is a fast learner as well.
History Of Brooklyn Nets With Other Star Coaches Like Steve Nash
Apart from Nash, Derek Fisher and Jason Kidd also served as head coaches but they were not successful. Also Nash and Kidd both served as assistant chiefs in the Phoenix Suns both proved to be great partners with Sean Marion, were teammates of Dirk Nowitzki.
And both have been head coaches of the Nets.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean that he’s gonna fail too.
Let’s keep our hopes high and be optimistic. We might get to see some great results.
Will Nash be able to coach the team well?
He should be able to coach them as the team has many brilliant young players and requires a coach who can teach them to follow commands. That’s why the team still has Vaughn. Nash just has to handle Durant and Irving.
Hope you liked it. For further details, stay tuned.
