One of the users posted a video alleging that he received a fake iPhone. The user ordered the iPhone 11 64 GB variant from Amazon India. During the ongoing festive season, Flipkart and Amazon are offering heavy discounts on various categories including electronics, smartphones and accessories.

One user named Bhavye Sharma posted a video on youTube claiming that he received a fake product. He ordered an iPhone 11 Pro from Flipkart during BBD( Big Billion Day ) Sale. However, Sharma alleges to receive a counterfeit device. He said in the video that he purchased the iPhone 11 Pro for Rs 80,000. Also, he added that the Flipkart representative refused to collect the device and said that it was not valid for its return.
Online shoppers duped by e-commerce platforms
There is another buyer who goes by the name Raph on YouTube. He ordered the iPhone 11 64 GB variant from Amazon India during the festive season sale itself. The buyer posted a video alleging that he received a fake iPhone. Also, he added that he received a 256 GB variant and not a 64 GB GB storage variant which he ordered.
