On 4 October, a 25-year-old woman and her mother came to Delhi from Kanpur. The Woman came to write the UPSC game. After reaching New Delhi Railway Station they headed to Mori Gate. Here both of them were separated to locate the examination centre following which the woman was found missing. Her mother tried to call her. However, her cell phone was switched off.
The woman reached Delhi for the UPSC exam, goes missing. Two days later found hanging in Solan:
A 25-year-old woman along with her mother came to Delhi to sit in the UPSC preliminary examination on 4 October. However, she did not attend it. Further, she allegedly went to the hill station where she was found dead in a forest.
Police suspected the woman hanged herself from a tree in a forest area on Solan in Himachal Pradesh. She hanged herself with her dupatta. And police suspects that she did so due to family pressure. She did not apply for the exam and there were no external injuries seen.
On 4 October, the woman went missing after reaching Mori Gate with her mother. She came from Kanpur to Delhi to sit in the UPSC preliminary examination. When the woman went missing, her mother approached the police. she suspected her daughter to be kidnapped. After two days, the woman’s body was found hanging from a tree in a forest area in Solan in Himachal Pradesh. Once the body was identified, the local police informed the family as well as their counterparts in Delhi. A police officer said that with the help of the documents she was carrying, they were able to identify her.
The officer added that the woman escaped to Himachal Pradesh because of family pressure. After post mortem, her body was handed over to the family. Police further added that the woman completed her B.Tech in 2018.
