IPL 2020: Dhoni breaks silence on defeat, explains what mistakes the team is bearing.

IPL 2020: CSK have lost three of the four matches in a row. If Dhoni ‘s team does not return in the next two games, they could be out of the play-off race.

Csk has suffered three consecutive defeats in the Indian Premier League season 13. Mahendra Singh Dhoni, the most successful captain in ipl history, is on target due to poor performance of the team. Dhoni himself has admitted that his team took this season lightly so far and that is what CSK is bearing.

Dhoni has also blamed the bowlers and fielders for the defeat. “We have lost three matches in a row,” Dhoni said. We’re not holding catches, bowling no balls. We have gone into a lot of rest and have borne the brunt of it,” he said.

Dhoni feels that the start of the match was good. “We bowled well in the beginning. We could have improved in the last overs. At this level, we have to improve and we cannot leave catches in every match,” he said.

Dhoni has claimed his team will return to the tournament. “We will take a cue from this defeat. It’s important to give your best. There has been something good for us in this debacle too. We will do our best to return.”

Dhoni has admitted to struggling while batting the match. “I wasn’t able to hit the ball from the middle of the bat. Was too tired during the innings. I tried my best to win.”

For CSK, IPL 13 is going very bad. CSK, who won this season’s first game against Mumbai Indians, have lost three of their matches back to back. Dhoni’s team is also at the last position in the points table.
